Dear Customer Service,This is an unusual e-mail as I know that customer service usually gets complaints/problems. I recently ordered the Tony Perotti Cognac colored leather backpack from you. I LOVE IT!!!!! In 1987 my husband and I went to Italy and while in Florence I went into the Petruzzi Leather Factory. The smell of leather was enough to entice anyone to purchase an item. I selected a backpack, similar to the one I ordered from you, against my husbands wishes. Backpacks were not in vogue yet and he could not imagine I would use it enough to warrant the purchase. I have never used anything more. In 1990 I worked per-diem in a few surgical nursing positions and I kept my shoes and supplies in the backpack so I would know I had everything I needed for the job. I returned to College to get my BSN and numerous times I had younger students offering to purchase my worn out backpack. I refused as it had additional sentimental meaning to me plus I wanted my husband to realize what a wonderful gift this was and how useful it became. He admitted many times he was wrong about the initial purchase. I had the backpack repaired many times by a local shoemaker which - well- let's say gave it more character. I finally decided enough is enough and I need to replace it and what a find I made when I went to your website. Petruzzi does not make the same backpack but the Tony Perotti backpack you carry is very close. I get many compliments and I continue to carry all my nursing needs in it. It is so classy and functional. That’s my story about getting your backpack but oh! I am not quite ready to put the old one in the garbage as it makes me smile when I see it.

Evening, Walt ...I hope this finds all well with you. I "debuted" my luggage at my favorite regional casino this past weekend and when I was checking out, the head of the valet service took care of me. I left my luggage with him as I finished up my business in the casino and caught up with him an hour or so later to leave. Noticed my luggage was still in the front - right behind him at the desk.
